MENU MEETS KIOSK

We were commissioned to design, develop the strategy, and produce both still and motion content for the rollout of Dallucci Eateries’ new digital menus and kiosk nationwide in Australia.

CHALLENGE

Reduce labour costs and improve operational efficiency in logistics in a bold, brave way to stand out in a noisy environment and most of all look fresh and delicious!

SOLUTION

Develop a white-label omni-channel strategy that encourages customer adoption of kiosks during peak periods, delivering a seamless and consistent branded experience across online, ap, mobile and in-store. touchpoints.

RESULT

Testing stores successfully for technology rollout at Gosford Hospital and corporate houses such as NAB Headquarters.


KFC AUSTRALIA

A KFC ‘WORLD FIRST” DYNAMIC DIGITAL MENU BOARD

DIT’s Digital team created a bespoke solution to address one of KFC Australia’s biggest business challenges.

CHALLENGE

In 2024, rising inflation created pressure to adjust menu prices, requiring greater flexibility and responsiveness to market changes.

SOLUTION

DIT worked with KFC and its hardware partners to create a design to workflow toolset and asset delivery system that was custom build for the needs of the new market environment.

RESULT

Lead times for price changes dropped from 2 weeks to around a day with legal approvals. The project allowed new functionality like the ability to change menu items and line listing with the same rapid timeframe if assets had been prepared previous to the request.


PIZZA HUT

EVERYDAY BRAND VALUE FOR EMAIL DIGITAL PROMOTIONS

In the challenging economic environment, QSRs are promoting low price deals. However, Pizza Hut wanted to stand out by highlighting superior value such as premium dough and fresh, generously topped pizzas.

CHALLENGE

Pizza Hut urgently needed digital templates for their website and email campaigns. Those templates had to showcase weekly themed promotions, and they needed them delivered in record time.

SOLUTION

Intoto created digital templates that were aligned with the Pizza Hut's brand and could be leveraged for future promotions. We used fun designs for Halloween week, and a play on words with popular movie lines. 

RESULT

All deliverables were completed in record time and the client was extremely pleased with the final outcome.
